Drip Drop Attire — Easy Exchange & Return Policy

Our thrifted products are one-of-a-kind pieces. Each item is individually sourced, inspected, and photographed with accurate sizing details and any defects clearly mentioned in the product caption — so you know exactly what you're purchasing.

Easy Exchange

We want you to love what you get. If there's a size issue, we offer an easy exchange:

  • Reach out on WhatsApp: 7404171559 or email support@dripdropattire.com
  • You must raise your exchange request within 4 days of delivery — requests after this window will not be accepted
  • Since these are 1-of-1 rare vintage/thrifted items, we cannot guarantee the same product in a different size
  • Approved exchanges are settled as store credit only (no cash refund), which you can use to shop any other item on our store. An unboxing video is mandatory to process any exchange.

 

Damages, Defects & Wrong Item

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, AND WAS NOT SHOWN or you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@dripdropattire.com or WhatsApp 7404171559 so we can evaluate and make it right.

If the defect was an error on our end — meaning it was not disclosed in the product caption — you are eligible for a full refund, not just an exchange. An unboxing video is mandatory as proof to process this refund.

Order Cancellations

We do not offer cancellation of orders once placed.

Partial Payment Orders

For orders placed using the Partial Payment option:

  • The advance amount paid at the time of ordering is non-refundable in case of failed delivery or refusal of order at the doorstep (RTO)
  • If your order comes back to us as RTO, you'll need to pay the full order amount upfront before we reship
  • We do not offer free reshipping on RTO orders, as those shipping costs are borne entirely by us
  • Please double check your address and availability at the time of delivery before placing a partial payment order

Shipping Costs on Exchanges

Shipping charges for an approved exchange are borne by the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
