Please note that our thrifted products are one-of-a-kind pieces, Each item is individually sourced, inspected and therefore, a return and cancellation policy does not apply. All sales are final. We make sure to clearly mention any defects and provide accurate sizing details in the product captions. This helps ensure you know exactly what you’re purchasing. As such, returns are generally not necessary. However, in the rare case that we make an error on our end, we will absolutely take responsibility and offer an exchange or return.” But Buyer Should have an unboxing video as a proof, that nothing is wrong from their end. For orders placed using the Partial Payment option, please note that the advance amount paid at the time of placing the order is non-refundable in case of a failed delivery or refusal of order at the doorstep, also If your order is returned undelivered, because you refuse order at the doorstep (RTO), you will be required to pay the full order amount upfront before we reship. We do not offer free reshipping on returned orders as RTO charges are borne entirely by us, so please understand

We have a 15- day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return, Only for brand new items Β To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Β

Damages and issues

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
